Legal Assistant (Conveyancing Department)

Job Descriptions :-
- Draft and review legal documents, including agreements and other documents in relation to conveyancing;
 - Advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters and attend signing with clients;
 - Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies and related parties;
 - Monitor and follow up closely with all the files; and
 - On-job Training will be provided.
 
Requirements :-
- Qualification: Bachelor of Laws Degree & called to the Bar;
 - Minimum 1 to 2 years’ working experience as practising lawyer in conveyancing matters;
 - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin;
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel);
 - Able to work independently with minimum supervision; and
 - Possess good attitude, willing to learn, good communication skills & able to work as a team and take responsibility.
