Introduction

MESSRS S P LEE & ASSOCIATES was established on 11^th April 2008 by Miss Lee Siew Peng & has since practice as a Sole Proprietor and it is located in Johor Bahru, Johor.

With effect on 18^thJanuary 2011, MESSRS S P LEE & ASSOCIATES has been changed to MESSRS ALBERT DING, LEE & PARTNERS with the joining of Dato’ Albert Ding Choo Earn as Partner.

MESSRS ALBERT DING, LEE & PARTNERS handles a wide range of legal works ranging from:-

(A) Civil & Corporate litigation matters including but not limiting to banking litigation, corporate / company dispute (including winding up proceedings), debt recovery, contractual breaches, construction dispute, land acquisition / property disputes, insurance claim, estate matters (Probate, Letter of Administration, Small Estate & etc), employment related matters, matrimonial & family issues (annulment, joint petition & unilateral petition), intellectual property dispute, adoption, tenancy dispute (distress & eviction order) & more. Apart from being proficient in advocacy at every stage of the court process, we seek to examine every dispute in its business context & evaluation the appropriateness of each course of action. We are committed to secure the most efficient resolution for our client(s)’ issues & to minimise their risk exposure in any contentious matters. We also handle all type of Judicial Review matters to Industrial Court, Labour Court, Tribunal Courts, Magistrate’s Court, Sessions’ Court, High Court, Court of Appeal & up to Federal Court & etc (please ask).

(B) Corporate matters including but not limiting to regularly assist our client(s) in their routine corporate / commercial matters such as drafting & negotiating various commercial contracts including agency, dealership, distribution, partnership, shareholders, company acquisition, sale & purchase of business assets, employees contracts, sub-contractors, constructions, licensing & management contracts & rendering advice on various corporate issues. As we are outcome-oriented, our focus is on attaining the optimum result for our client(s) by providing effective assistance in structuring & strategising transactions & implementing solutions in a commercial sound manner & etc (please ask).

(C) Conveyancing matters including but not limiting to handle various land dealing & property transactions including sale & purchase agreement of all kinds of properties, sub-sales, auction purchase (removal of caveat & eviction order), conversion of lands, tenancies, leases, compulsory acquisitions & sub-division of lands & property financing (both conventional & Islamic) & etc (please ask).

(D) Intellectual property including but not limiting to handle copyright & trademark registration in Malaysia & we are strategic affiliate with others firms or company to assist our client(s) to register copyright, trademark, patent & industrial design in Countries such as China, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia & etc (please ask).

(E) Others matters including but not limiting to application of APEC Business Travel Card, Registration of Societies application & updating of annual Statement of Account & etc, preparing Last Will & etc (please ask).
